The fees for our service include full post-placement customer support as well as a free replacement just in case the person hired is not right for your family. Things do not always work out as planned for a variety of reasons which is why we provide the replacement service.

We will do everything we can to avoid personnel changes as this can have a negative effect on the children. If they keep losing their nanny, they may sometimes blame themselves and this also causes a problem for mum and dad who are left to explain why she left. So we strive to find the right person at the first attempt.

To do this successfully, Bangkok Nannies invests time and energy to ensure our own staff that work in the office are sufficiently competent to look after the employing family. They will take time to understand both the employer and the employee in order to make the best matches — that way everyone is working towards the same placement solution.

There is no magic wand though and the workers are not a “one size fits all” and neither are the employers. Bangkok has a large number of girls working as domestic staff whose skill sets and abilities are questionable.

Three Hiring Options

Once we have received your enquiry we send you a copy of our Terms of Service. As soon as we receive confirmation that the Terms are acceptable we begin working for you.

Option 1. Our low cost “Pick & Hire” option costs just 2500 THB! We select 3 candidates from our database who match your requirements, send you their profiles and you simply choose the one you think will be the best option. No interview is required. After you have chosen your helper we collect the fee and agree a start date/time for her to begin working for you. She will commence on a 1 week probation and can be changed for free inside the first week.

Option 2. This is our most popular service. We collect a 1000 THB Admin fee and then select three candidates who match your requirements. We send you their profiles by email and arrange a time for you to video interview the candidates. After you choose a candidate we collect 7000thb Placement fee, send you her contact details and she will arrive at your home on the date and time that you specify. She will begin on 1 week’s probation and can be changed for free inside that probation period.

Option 3: We collect a 2000thb Admin fee and then prepare three candidates who match your requirements. We send you their profiles and then arrange a convenient time to bring them to your home for you to interview. Once a candidate has been selected we collect a Booking Fee 8000thb and arrange a start date/time. A free replacement is available with Option 3 at any time inside the first 3 months.
